Because of this, we are able to provide corporations and associations with a unified source for comprehensive site selection, hotel contract analysis and negotiation, meeting/event planning, on-site expertise, attendee management, supplier negotiations, marketing consulting, and trade show sales and management.

There is no need to budget for Alfa Corp meeting & site selection services as there is no cost to our clients. When we help you find your perfect hotel location we are compensated for our services by receiving a placement fee from the hotel chosen by you. We work with every hotel in the world – we do not represent any single chain or property. This puts us in a completely objective position to recommend to you what will work best for you. Our goal is to earn and keep your trust, loyalty and deliver the best product to your team. We provide you the hotel availability information in a email format that helps you make a qualified decision on what property best fits your needs, including any special promotions, information or opportunities that may help your budget.
